DIY Soup Can Caddies!
.
We just love a good DIY project, but not just any DIY, we like ones that you can use and re-use for a plethora of parties. This is definitely one of them.
While the family reunion season draws near, I am constantly on the look out for an easy idea to wow your family members who you haven’t seen in years, or may have never even met. I don’t know about you but when I think of family reunions I think of blistering summer temperatures and often times rain. This recycled soup can caddie would be the perfect go-to option to withstand any climate.
Think of how cute it would be to have a few of these on top of a simple table runner down each picnic table. What a charming and inviting touch this would provide as you arrive to the reunion venue. It would be a fun craft project for any out-of-town children that arrive early as well.
Not only can I see them at the next reunion I am planning, but I can picture these at my next BBQ, a picnic at the forest preservation, or on a bookshelf or desk in a kids room or art studio to keep things organized. Love the functionality, simplicity, and versatility of these little gems!
Do you have any tips for family reunions? It doesn’t have to be a DIY. I would love to hear some of your favorite foods, games and activities, and venues to host a family reunion.
