Events by L is honored to have another 5 star review on Wedding Wire thanks to a lovely couple Chong and Jason!

They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we got an opportunity to work with some excellent people during their event!  Stay posted for our blog dedicated to their day.

There are many small details that a hotel and other vendors are unable to do.  Event’s By L was able to execute all of those small details.

A word of advice, you think there is time during the day to set up some small gifts and all.  What you find out the scheduling changes due to traffic and then its a rush back.  Those situations could cause things not to be done.  The coordinators were ushering during the ceremony and herding the the guest in a professional manner that provided seamless flow throughout the day.

We saw that and prepared for that happening, and Event’s By L was covering before the day and on the day.

This review is just one of many instances we hear where the bride and groom have everything set up and planned out, but soon realize that there is no one to execute that plan on the day of because they are busy getting married.  So many couples feel they will have it covered, or that is what the bridesmaids are for when it comes to the final setup and details of a wedding.  The only problem with that is in reality everyone who has been by the bride and/or grooms side during the planning process will be so busy and wrapped up in photographs, hair and makeup, and more on the day of the wedding.  Don’t rely on your family or wedding party to coordinate your wedding day, let them enjoy it with you.

If you are worried about budget, day-of-coordination at the least is a very inexpensive and well worth the price to ensure your guests aren’t waiting an hour and a half for your grand entrance because your photo session ran over, and your limo didn’t arrive on time, and your makeup artist didn’t show, and the caterers went to the wrong entrance so the food is now delayed and all of your guests are starving and irritated.  Spend a little extra and it will be well worth it when your wedding is a dream come true and your guests rave about it for years to come.
